Refund policy

60-day returns

If you are not happy with your HEARVELA hearing aids for any reason, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we will give you return instructions.

When we receive the hearing aids, charging case and accessories, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days. For hygiene reasons, returned devices are never resold as new.

12-month limited warranty

We warrant HEARVELA hearing aids against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from delivery. If a device fails because of a defect, we will repair or replace it at no charge. The warranty does not cover loss, physical or water damage, or normal wear of ear tips.
