Track your order

1. Order confirmation email. It arrives within minutes of paying. Tap View your order for live status.
2. Shipping email. When your order leaves the warehouse, you'll get a tracking number and a carrier link. Free tracked shipping. Usually delivered in 8–14 business days.
3. Can't find either email? Check your spam folder, then write to support@hearvela.com with your name and order number. A real person replies within one business day (Mon to Fri, 9am to 5pm Pacific).
