HEARVELA ships to addresses in the 50 United States. [VERIFY: APO/FPO, Puerto Rico and other territories.]

Cost

Shipping is free on every order.

Timing

Orders ship within VERIFY business day(s). Delivery usually takes VERIFY business days after that, by VERIFY. Ships from: VERIFY: U.S. 3PL warehouse (recommended) or supplier. These times are confirmed with our fulfillment partner, but they are estimates, not guarantees. If we can't ship by the time we told you, we'll email you with a new date, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Tracking

Your order confirmation email has a "View your order" link that shows its status. When it ships, you'll get a second email with a tracking number. See Track your order. If tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will send a replacement or refund you.

Duties and taxes
